Meet the Executive Team

Dominique Alkhawande, MSHRM
Director of Operations
& Human Resources
With over a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare, Dominique has worked directly alongside children and families, implementing individualized treatment plans, coordinating care, and leading interdisciplinary teams. She understands that meaningful progress happens when families feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Throughout her career, she has partnered with families across home, school, and community settings, helping children build skills, confidence, and independence.
Dominique combines her passion for helping others with a strong background in people-focused leadership. As an experienced certified de-escalation trainer and Human Rights Officer (HRO), she is committed to promoting safe, supportive, and respectful environments for children, families, and professionals alike.
Dominique envisioned a practice that feels personal, welcoming, and relationship driven. She believes families deserve more than a service provider—they deserve a team that takes the time to truly know and support them.
